Out of 123,000 total active users in the last 28 days, 23,000 (almost 19%) are visiting from mobile devices. This is important because most users are external (111,000), meaning they are prospective students, parents, or community members who are likely researching colleges on their phones. Several top landing pages also show moderate bounce rates, such as the \u201cSoar Higher&#8221; page (22.7%) and the Home Page (20.8%), which can indicate that some users, particularly those on the mobile version of the site, may be leaving before taking action due to navigation or usability issues. Given that a large segment of traffic comes from prospective students who rely on mobile devices, improving page load times, simplifying application forms, and enhancing mobile navigation could reduce bounce rates and increase conversions.
